11. Termination

Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any associated data may be permanently deleted.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Please note that while XIO is based in the UK, users are responsible for ensuring their participation in the platform complies with their own local laws and regulations.
13. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use, along with any other legal notices or policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and XIO Tech.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: The failure of XIO Tech to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
